Routine inspection conducted. Facility is generally very well maintained and operated. The following was noted during the inspection:

1. Temperatures
- Walk-in cooler at 3C
- Display cooler at 4C
- Beverage coolers up front at 3C
- Chest freezer in kitchen at -18C, chest freezer in office at -18C
- Stand-up freezer at -14C
- Hot-holders maintain fries / chafing dishes at 60C
- Milk and creamers stored on ice during lunch rush. NOTE: Ensure that all milk and creamers are stored INSIDE the ice, not simply on top of the ice
- Temperature logs for coolers and hot-holders were maintained and up-to-date - excellent

2. Hygiene and Sanitizing
- Hand wash station stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels
- High-temperature dishwasher sanitizes at final rinse temperature of 75C at the plate (Min: 71C at the plate)
- "Quik Wipes" towels automatically release QUATS inside sanitizing pails, filled up to the 4L mark and read at 200 ppm quaternary ammonium compound
- 3-compartment warewashing sink well maintained and available for use
- Equipment inside the kitchen, including whisks, ladles, and colanders are maintained in excellent sanitary condition
- Ice machine is well maintained
- Ventilation canopy in excellent sanitary condition
- Shelving and all food contact surfaces are well maintained

3. Storage
- All items are elevated off the floor.
- Dry storage goods stored securely inside plastic containers with tight-fitted lids - excellent
- Chemicals and detergents stored in warewashing area
- Adequate separation between raw foods and ready to eat foods

4. Pests
- All mechanical traps throughout kitchen and dry storage area checked during the inspection
- No signs of recent / visible pest activity at time of inspection

5. Administrative
- Cafeteria staff certified with FoodSafe 1. Manager's FoodSafe 1 expires on July 13, 2023
