Routine Inspection Kitchen not in use for the public at the time of inspection. Hand sink equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use towels. High temperature dishwasher registered at 71 C on plate surface during final rinse. Three compartment sink also available for manual warewashing. Sanitizer solution available in labelled spray bottles and registered at 200 ppm chlorine. Make a fresh solution each time kitchen is in use. 2 door cooler at 4 C. Both chest freezers at -18 C. Community dinners are run by a FOODSAFE certified individual. General sanitation satisfactory. Permit to Operate posted. A copy of the report to be emailed to the Officer Administrator.
