Observation: No hot water available at the 3-comparment sink that is intended for ware washing and sanitizing. Hot water is available from the hot water tank; however, it is not available to the 3-compartment sink connection.
Correction: Plumber was contacted at the time of inspection. As a temporary measure, hot water can be obtained from the hand washing station or rinse sink.

Observation: Hot water not available at the hand washing station located by the kitchen door.
Correction: Hot water is available at the hand washing station by the hot-dog station. Staff are to use this sink temporary until the necessary plumbing repairs are made.
