- Doors were closed upon the arrival of the inspector - good. - Professional pest control/ monitoring done by Leader Pest Control. Operator stated company visits monthly and invoice was provided. No activities were reported as per the operator. - All handsinks are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, paper towel and liquid soap in a dispenser. - Clean up has been done. ** Still noticed some open food items in the fridge. Ensure to store them in containers with lids. This will be marked as REPEAT VIOLATION if observed again in the future.
