Observation: A few rodent droppings were found by the dishwasher. Facility is currently serviced by a professional pest control operator every 2 months.
Corrective Action(s): Have your professional pest control operator service the facility and eliminate any pest issues. Areas with rodent droppings must be disinfected with a bleach sanitizing solution. Remove black bait boxes from the kitchen. Technician was contacted at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 3C.
-Kitchen prep cooler was at 4C (top and bottom).
-Kitchen upright cooler was at 4C.
-Bar cooler was at 4C.
-Kitchen upright freezer was at -20C.
-Front area chest freezer was at -13C.
-Chemical dishwasher had a final rinse of 50ppm chlorine on the dish surface (minimum of 50ppm required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash station easily accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer pail tested at 200ppm.
-Ice machine was clean and sanitary.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-General food storage practices satisfactory. One can of tomato sauce stored in an opened container in the walk-in cooler. Ensure canned items are transferred to food grade containers once they are opened.
-Washroom clean and sanitary.
