Routine health inspection conducted: Coolers at 4 degrees C or less. Freezers at -18 degrees C or less. Food is covered. Proper cooling practices observed to be in use (large shallow pans). Hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and paper towels are in place for hand washing. Bleach water sanitizer available in labeled spray bottle at 200 ppm chlorine. Kitchen utensils and equipment stored in clean condition. Hot and cold running water available at 2-compartment sink. No signs of recent pest activity in kitchen area. Note: Some cleaning and organization is needed for small storage room and storage area to the left of walk-in cooler. Reminder: Check and record temperatures as per your food safety plan. Temperature logs are available, but appear to be incomplete. Ensure probe thermometer is available on site for internal temperature checks. Kitchen is not currently in use and high temperature dishwasher is turned off. Staff on site unable to start and fill dishwasher. A follow-up inspection will be conducted to check dishwasher operation.
