Observation: Bar cooler measured 6-7C at time of inpsection. No potentially hazardous food items were being stored in the cooler at time of inspection (beverages, whole lemons, pickles).

- Routine inspection.
- No cooking / warming / hot holding equipment onsite.
- Mobile unit extension has been completed. Brewery will be used as the base of operations for the mobile unit. Pizzas only.
- Hand sinks were properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, paper towels.
- Bar glasswasher achieved 12.5 ppm iodine residual. Good. **Ensure to check with your test strips daily.
- Walk-in cooler measured at 2C. Storing beer only.
- Triple-sink in the back production area maintained in sanitary conditions.
- Mop sink in the back area maintained in sanitary conditions.
- Food contact surface sanitizer available at 200 ppm in labelled spray bottles and from dispenser.
- Equipment and utensils maintained in sanitary conditions. Ice machine and ice scoop, mixing utensils, beer taps, etc.
- Monthly pest control in place.
