Follow up inspection: - All hand sinks had hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel *Ensure all hand wash stations have garbage sinks nearby* - Display cooler for Indian sweets was measured to be 4C - Food storage practice were adequate but could be improved *Ensure to maintain good food storage practices - food should be at least 6 inches off of the ground and food items are covered with food grade material at all times* - Facility was clean and sanitary *Routinely maintain facility in clean and sanitary conditions* - Cutting boards were ordered - have yet to arrive.
