Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwashing stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezers operating at -18'C.
- Hot-holding units operating above 60'C.
- Time tracking system being followed properly. No issues observed.
- 200ppm Quats available in buckets throughout. Automated dispenser at correct concentration.
- 3-compartment sink equipped for manual dishwashing.
- Ice machine satisfactory. Scoop stored in a proper manner.
- Professional pest control company contracted. Traps in place. Recent reports checked.
- Back storage area satisfactory.
- Washroom handsinks satisfactory.

NOTE: Door sweeps have been installed for the exterior doors.

General maintenance and sanitation level of the facility satisfactory. No signature requires due to Covid-19.
