Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bar towels for coffee machine were not stored in sanitizer solution.
Corrective Action(s): Corrected at time of inspection. Ensure towels are stored in sanitizer in between uses, and change sanitizer solution as soon as solution becomes visibly cloudy/dirty.
