All hand wash stations are equipped with hot/cold water, soap and paper towels All refrigeration units (stand up, walk in line) are <4C Freezers (walk in, stand up) are <-18C All hot holding units are <60C (patties, chicken) 3 compartment sink available for manual ware washing. Each sink equipped with Quats dispenser tested at >200 ppm Sanitizer buckets with cloths soaking available FOH and BOH at 200ppm of Quats Foods stored 6" off the ground, labelled and following FIFO Ice machine is clean General sanitation is satisfactory Vents are clean and due in November Drink machine currently not in use No pest observed during time of inspections Operator with food safe certification available on site and permit posted.
