-Back walk-in cooler was at 3C. -Back walk-in freezer was at -22C. -Front display cooler was at 4C. -Front line display freezer was at -20C. -Chest freezers ranged from -10C to -18C. -Facility serviced by a professional pest control operator. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection. -Random selection of baby food/formula and nutritional supplements inspection - items were within their expiry dates. -Random selection of canned foods were within their best before dates. *3 canned items from the front display area were found to have significant dents. Ensure staff thoroughly inspect canned items and do not place dented items on the shelf or remove items which are found to be severely dented. The safety of dented foods cannot be guaranteed. -General sanitation good at the time of inspection. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
