- Soup wells approximately 1/4 to 1/2 full. Employees unable to provide clear reason why hot holding unit turned off.
Corrective Action(s): - Discard soups.

**Ensure Hot Holding Units are turned on and heated to at least 60C before using.

- No pest activity noted at time of inspection.
- Pest control services are provided 2x/ month by a pest control management company.
- Pest control service report dated 23-Feb-2024 reviewed. No pest activity noted. **Ensure that bait is NOT placed inside the premises.
