Bar:
Bar hand washing station supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towels.
Bar coolers at 3.8 C.
Freezer (glasses) - satisfactory.
An ice-scoop is stored safely at the time of inspection.
Quat sanitizer at 200 ppm.
Note: Observed fruit flies traps in the bar area.

Kitchen:
Coolers (walk in, one prep unit, pizza insert cooler, beverage) at < or = 4.0 C.
Food storage (cold items) - covered with lids, labeled, dated with prep. date.
Note: Under-grill and two prep. line coolers - not in service/no food (second time inspection).
Freezers (walk in, ice cream) at < or = -18.0 C.
Small freezer near the grill - satisfactory.
Note: Hot holding unit (pizza warmer) - not in use at the time of inspection.
Low temperature dishwasher dispensed 100 ppm of Chlorine solution.
Ice machine was maintained in sanitary condition. Ice-scoop is stored safely at the time of inspection.
Dry storage area - organized (dry food items stored off the floor & covered).
Staff washroom - clean; hot & cold running water as well as liquid soap & paper towel - available.
