Code 303 noted on Routine inspection # RHEN-B4PQSY of Sep-17-2018 Equipment/facilities/hot & cold water for sanitary maintenance not adequate [s. 17(3); s. 4(1)(f)] (Observed Quats sanitizer in triple sink at chicken station less than 200 ppm. Emptied and refilled sink with sanitizer. Solution temperature 49 C (very hot). Took sample and cooled in walk-in. Measured solution once cooled and still not up to 200 ppm. Also noted the cold water tap not operational. Only hot water available through main solution dispenser.)

Comments

Leaking taps repaired. Super soaker bin to be replaced or removed - operator currently looking for stock availability. Taps fixed. Quats reading at sink in question 200 ppm. All good. Thanks!
