Met with Hall Manager, Cathy ( 604.858.9817 )
and we discussed the following:

- cleaning/ sanitizer in use - bleach 100ppm
- No food kept at the premises/ rented out all year
- High temp dishwasher - reached 71C at the palate surface/ at the final rinse 84C )

Suggestion: provide accurate thermometer in the cooler to ensure that max cooler temperature is 4C
