-All violations from previous routine has been corrected
-All handsinks fully stocked with hot/cold water, soap, and paper towels
-Chashu @ 4 deg. C in prep cooler next to door upright sliding cooler. Ensure cooling procedures are maintained
-reusable wet wiping cloths in chlorine sanitizer bucket @ 200 ppm.
-ramen noodles stored in cooler when not in use
-drinking/eating not observed in food prep area
-chest freezer lid repaired, tape removed
-stainless steel wall install on wall across food prep counter
-self closing staff washroom door installed, customer washroom door installed with self closing hinge
-plastic single use lids removed from premises
