Comments

All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. The dishwasher had 50 ppm chlorine. Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. No evidence of pests. Bleach sanitizer was at 100 ppm. Discussed proper cooling with the operator. General sanitation was satisfactory.
