Walk-in-cooler was above 4 degrees C (measured between 5.1 to 7 degrees C) at the time of inspection. Manager informed that they would contact the technician. . 2. Second under-the-counter cooler was still above 4 degrees C. 3. Liquid soap dispenser requires to be wall-mounted near the handsink. . Corrective Action(s): 1. Adjust, repair, or re-service the walk-in-cooler to ensure it maintains a temperature at or below 4 degrees C; Correct within 1 week and contact the district Environmental Health Officer for a follow up inspection. Ensure the butter is stored at or below 4 degrees C. . 2. Ensure the second under-the-counter cooler is repaired/re-serviced to maintain a temperature at or below 4 degrees C; Correct within 1 week. Continue keeping this cooler empty of cold potentially hazardous food until it can maintain a temperature at or below 4 degrees C. . 3. Re-affix the liquid soap dispenser to the wall at the handsink in the back area; Correct within 1 week. Note: Liquid soap was accessible form the dispenser placed side-ways on the counter-top.
