Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The 4-door display fridge at the bar is partially in direct sunight at certain times of the day due to the skylights. Temperatures of sunlit items at 8-9 deg C and shaded items at 0 deg C.
Corrective Action(s): Cover the top glass when the sun is directly on the unit.

Observation: A few what appears as old mouse droppings noted in the following areas:
-lunchroom corners
-Laundry storage room corners
-Kitchen corners near the Walk-in freezer

Checked last pest control work (Westcoast Pest Control) report from last week -no activity observed
Corrective Action(s): Clean and disinfect all areas where rodent droppings observed.

Observation: -Some tin foil used as a splashguard next to handsink

-Some personal items (ie. Tylenol, charge cords...) noted in above shelves at food preparation stations

-Some bowls in use for scooping bulk food items
Corrective Action(s): -Do not use disposable items that are not cleanable or smooth.

Replace the splashguard with a cleanable material such as stainless steel or hard plastic

-place all worker personal items in their lunchroom

-Do not use bowls as workers may touch foods when scooping the bulk food item -use ladels handle up out of the food
