Corrective Action(s): Ensure the light bulb inside the walk-in-cooler is encased in a shatterproof cover; Correct as soon as possible by June 27, 2022. Follow up inspection: -Rodent droppings had been removed from the dry storage room. -Staff reported pest control program is in place on a weekly basis. -Continue to monitor for signs of recent pest activity and regularly clean and sanitize any affected areas. Continue with pest control program and keeping dry goods stored off the floor and covered to protect them from any potential contamination.
