Ensure enough staff members take or retake the FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent course to fulfill this requirement and provide an update to the district Environmental Health Officer by May 27, 2022.

Follow up inspection:
-Rodent droppings had been removed from the dry storage room.
-Staff reported pest control program is in place on a weekly basis.
-Continue to monitor for signs of recent pest activity and regularly clean and sanitize any affected areas. Continue with pest control program and keeping dry goods stored off the floor and covered to protect them from any potential contamination.
