Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A large pot of soup and two small bowls of rice were stored at room temprature overnight.
Corrective Action(s): Discard the noted foods immediately.
Ensure to cool foods in a food safe manner: Transfer soup into smaller containers and store them in coolers <4C.
Cooling must take place so that temperature of food drops from 60C to 20C within 2 hours and then from 20C to 4C within next 4 hours.
