Permit to Operate was posted in a conspicuous location.
Handwashing station in the kitchen and the handsinks in the washrooms were supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
Person in Charge mentioned that they mostly serve sliced cheese, sliced fruit, and bake muffins for the children now.
Cooler was at 1.9 degrees C (4 degrees C or less) and contained cheese and fruits for the children.
Freezer component was at -18 degrees C and only is used to store products only for staff.
100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available.
Domestic dishwasher was available. Person in Charge mentioned that they run the full 3.5 hour sani cycle.
No signs of recent pest activity were observed at the time of inspection.
Pest control program was still in place on a monthly basis.
Temperature records were being maintained.
