Routine inspection conducted. -Hanwash station is fully equipped with liquid soap, hot/cold running water, and hot hand dryer. *No food preparation is occurring around the hand dryer to pose risk of contamination. Hand dryer is okay* -All cooler units are at or below 4C -All freezer units are in working condition. No concerns -Hot holding units are able to hold food at 60C -Overall sanitation is good. -High temperature dishwasher is able to achieve 71C at plate level -Bleach sanitizer solution in spray bottle is available and achieves 200ppm. -Dry storage is satisfactory -No signs of pest activity. Pest control is scheduled monthly
