Routine inspection:
- Glass-door coolers at 4C or less.

- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. Ensure paper towel dispenser is used.
- 200 ppm bleach sanitizer available in spray bottle.
- 2 compartment sink available for manual dishwashing (also the hand sink).
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- One grill and one stove stored on site. Operator stated they were not being used at time for this season.
