Cleaning conducted throughout department. Premise sanitation is satisfactory. Ensure frequent cleaning is conducted to maintain sanitation in a consistent manner. Storage pallets have been replaced with wheeled carts to allow staff to conduct more thorough cleaning. Warmer unit - previous thermometer has been removed. Replacement thermometer has been ordered, currently in shipping to location.
