- 200 ppm chlorine bleach sanitizing solution available for sanitizing cutting boards and knives.
- 2-Compartment sink manual warewashing and sanitizing procedures in place. Operator has provided written procedures.
- General sanitation of premises appears satisfactory.
*Ensure pallets are regularly rotated so that all hard to reach areas can be thoroughly cleaned.
