Observation: Observed several food products (ie. samosas, fried puris, etc) without proper labelling (only price tag). Operator indicated samosas are from McMosa Industries Ltd (6325 Beresford Street, Burnaby) and puris are from Hanna's Catering (101-5489 Bryne Road, Burnaby). Invoice is provided for samosas (dated March 09, 2022).
Corrective Action(s): Please obtain invoice from Hanna's Catering for puris and submit a copy for confirmation.
All foods must come with proper labelling (name of facility, address, and phone number - per CFIA requirement).
Do not sell foods puris until invoice is submitted.

1. Facility is repackaging dry goods in an area that is not approved and where handwashing station is not conveniently accessible. There is an area near the back handwashing station approved for repackaging. Please move scale and all accessories to the approved area.
2. All repackaged products should have proper labelling on products (name of facility, address, and phone number).
3. Ensure personal items are separated from business operation.
