no signs of pests noted at time of visit - pest monitoring available
chemicals stored away from food preparation and food storage areas

Maintenance/Sanitation:
hot and cold running water available
sanitizer (Quats) measured 200 ppm; chemical test strips available
3 compartment sink sanitary and plug available for sanitizer sink
washrooms available for customers and staff - sanitary and provided with supplies
general sanitation was satisfactory - flooring, counters and inside equipment were clean
