Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Container of miso paste brought out at room temperature prior to inspections (inspection conducted at opening hours).
Corrective Action(s): Move this item to cooler immediately. This miso paste cannot be kept out at room temperature unless the product gets lab tested to verify that it is shelf-stable. Supplier is from Japan and original container does not state that product is shelf stable or that it does not require refrigeration; thus, keep product in cooler.
