Routine inspection. - Handwashing stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. - Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezer operating at -18'C. - Thermometers available for temperature monitoring. - Time tracking system in use for the front pizza station ( change every hour or 1/2) - Pizza slices were above 60'C at this time. - 200ppm Quats available in spray bottles and at automated dispenser. - 3 compartment sink equipped for manual dishwashing. - Washroom handsink satisfactory. ** No sign of rodent at time - continue monitoring and sanitizing.
