Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer residual tested at ~0ppm chlorine
The wrong chemical sanitizer vat was hooked up -operator had to change the vat to the Chlorine based one. Operator replaced the vat -refilled and primed. Retested at 100ppm chlorine residual
Corrective Action(s): Use the proper chemicals for the dishwasher.

The sanitizer residual should betested daily with your chlorine test strips ensuring >50ppm residual is met

Spoke to Ecolab Pest control -they surveyed the premise on September 7th and will place the rodent/fly traps tomorrow
