Routine inspection:
- Stand-up cooler at 4C.
- New inserts cooler purchased to replace under the counter cooler. Temperature at 4C. This is a small cooler and ensure not many items are stored inside.
- Sandwich cooler at 4C.
- Tempura and cooked chicken stored inside coolers.
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- Staff observed to be washing hands.
- Knives stored in rack maintained in sanitary condition.
- Storage practices satisfactory. Ready to eat food stored above raw proteins..
- General sanitation improved.
- Temperature records maintained and available for review.
