Observation: Vegetable press dirty at the time of inspection
Correction: Cleaned at the time of inspection. Clean and sanitize the dishes and utensils after each use.

Observation: Potato cutter requires cleaning.
Correction: Ensure all bits of potato/debris are removed and all cracks/surfaces are cleaned and sanitized after each use.

Follow-up inspection conducted:

-Potato cutter cleaned/sanitized. Obtain a brush/toothbrush for easier cleaning.
-200ppm Quats available for dishwashing as well as in a labelled spray bottle. Good.
-Domestic cooler/freezer at correct temperatures. 4'C/-18'C. Operator had found the wires were loosened and changed. Good.
-Thermometer is available in the domestic cooler for temperature monitoring.
