Efforts have made to improve cleanliness especially in the back storage area and dishwashing area.
Storage shelves have been painted. All cracks and crevices have been sealed.
No cockroach noticed in the glue traps at the time of inspection.
Pest monitoring is continuing.
Floor underneath the cooler in the coffee station has been cleaned.

* A new back splash will be installed behind the dishwasher in 4 weeks.

The following tasks are still outstanding:

1. Install baseboards underneath the dirty dish storage area near the back entrance.(Octobe 31, 2017)
2. Improve lighting near the dirty dish storage area. (ASAP)
3. Remove all unnecessary items and articles from the kitchen and storage areas by October 15, 2017.
4. Remove all grease build up from underneath and behind cook line (Oc. 15, 2017)
5. Clean and organize the area underneath the hand sink in kitchen (ASAP)
6. Do not use garbage bags to store or cover food items.
7.Remove the compressor from the bar area if the cooler is not be used (By October 31, 2017).
8.Ensure all surfaces are completely sealed to allow for easy cleaning.
