Routine inspection and the following were noted: Walk in freezer at -18C. Walk in cooler at 4C. Display coolers at 4C. 3 door cooler in production area at or below 4 degrees C. 200ppm quats dispensed at both 2 compartment sinks. Foods stored in the display case were at least 60C. No pest activity noted. Foods stored at least 6 inches off the ground and were properly covered.
