Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sani-stations and sanitizer bucket was tested @ less than or equal to 100ppm Quats during inspection. The solutions in the sani-stations looked murky. Staff changed all the sanitizer solutions at time of inspection, and it was tested again @ 200ppm Quats.
Corrective actions: Ensure sanitizer solutions are always at the correct concentration to effectively reduce microorganisms on food contact surfaces. Change sanitizer as often as needed through out the day. Ensure to use test strips to test the concentration of the solutions. When filling out sanitizer from the dispenser, ensure to run it for 5-10 seconds to allow new mixures into the line, so it is at the correct concentration.

Other comments:
- Hand wash stations equipped with soap + paper towel, hot + cold running water.
*Ensure the water holes connected to the filter has a backflow preventer*.
- High temp dishwasher achieved 78 degrees Celsius @ plate level after final rinse.
- All coolers <4 degrees Celsius, all freezers <-18 degrees Celsius, thermometers available.
- All foods stored off ground, ice machine in sanitary condition, ice scoops stored outside in a clean container.
- No signs of pest activity during inspection.
*Ensure to pay extra attention to hard to reach areas when conducting daily cleaning (side surface of cabinets at front)(in between cabinets, under storage shelvings).
