Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - B5EPQU: Under the counter freezer serviced. Ambient air temperatures ~ -16 degrees C. Paper towel holder placed on shelf above hand sink. Wall mounting is still pending. Operator to register and complete for FOODSAFE level 1 refresher course. Complete by November 30, 2018. Reminder that the use of single use gloves does not mean hand washing with liquid soap and warm water then drying with single use paper towels is not required. Changes gloves frequently.
