- Walk in cooler at 3C.
- All prep coolers, bar coolers and upright storage cooler are measured at less than 4C
- Upright storage freezers are functional
- Hot holding above 60C
- Accurate thermometers located in cold holding units.
- Low temperature dishwasher measured at 50 ppm chlorine
- Sanitizer available in spray bottles at 200 ppm quats. Reminder: Keep a bottle of sanitizer in each food prep area and behind the bar.
-Bar glass washer at 12.5 ppm iodine during final rinse cycle
- FoodSafe requirements met at time of inspection
