Follow-up Inspection conducted for report#JCHY-CFLS2C.
The following violations in report#JCHY-CFLS2C have been corrected:
-Handwashing sinks are well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. All handwashing sinks were observed to be unobstructed.
-Operator informed that all pakoras will be fully cooked, cooled, and re-heated afterwards. No partially cooked pakoras will be done.
-No cold-potentially hazardous foods observed to be stored under room temperature for more than 2 hour. Cold-potentially hazardous foods such as minced garlic stored under room temperature will be used within 2 hours.
-Can opener blade observed to be in sanitary condition.
-Chlorine sanitizer bucket and spray bottles measured at 100ppm.
-All raw meats are stored on a separate shelf in the walk-in cooler. Walk-in coolers measured at 4C.
-Sanitation underneath and behind the chest freezers, cookline, shelving units in the walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer improved. Beverage cooler previously in the office room has been moved outside the kitchen entrance door.
-Exhaust hood vent and walls near the dry spice shelving units observed to be in sanitary condition.
-Preparation cooler previously from the office room have been moved into the kitchen. Preparation cooler measured at 4C. 2 chest freezers in the office room used for storage measured at -18C.

-Beverage Cool measured at 10C air ambient temperature. Only canned pop and syrup are stored inside (i.e.: non-potentially hazardous foods). Informed operator no potentially hazardous foods should be stored in the beverage cooler that is not holding an air ambient temperature of 4C or lower.

NOTE: Ensure to follow daily sanitation of premises. At least one staff on-site at all times must have valid FOODSAFE Level 1 able to be presented to district inspector upon request. Notify any changes to floorplan, menu, or services to district inspector for approval. No changes are permitted without health approval. Ensure all coolers are at 4C or lower and freezers at -18C or lower.
