Observation: Mouse and rat droppings noted throughout the premises where there are existing rodent traps - particularly under the sink next to the potato cutter, and in the dry storage shelving area shared with the gas station next door.
Corrective Action(s): Remove droppings, then sanitize these areas with a 1000ppm bleach solutuion. Bleach solution will help to remove rodent scents.
