Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer present at time of inspection. Sanitizer is needed to make sure food contact surfaces are properly cleaned and free of pathogens.
Corrective Action(s): Prepare sanitizer in a spray bottle by mixing one teaspoon per litre of water.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing station in bathroom did not have paper towels present. Hand washing station in the kitchen prep area did not have soap and paper towels present. Soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water is required so that employees may adequately wash their hands.
Corrective Action(s): Make sure all hand washing stations are stocked with soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bubbletea pearls and grass jelly left on the counter without a cover. This may cause cross contamination of the food.

Observation: Boxes are sitting directly on the ground with food building up in between and around them. Back door also left open at time of inspection. This may lead to entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests.
Corrective Action(s): Make sure all boxes are stored atleast 6 inches from the ground and that the back door is always closed or have a screen door installed if you wish to keep it open.
