Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Temperature of the portioned creamers in the above counter small fridge in the server area was too warm (7C/45F). Temperature of the food items inside the small domestic fridge next to the fryer was too warm (e.g., raw chicken at 10C/50F).
Corrective Action(s): Temperature adjustment had been made at these fridges. Please continue to monitor and take further action if needed ( should be 4C/40F).

General sanitation is satisfactory.
Handwashing stations in the kitchen and server area are satisfactory.
Temperature of hot holding unit and refrigeration units (other than ones noted in code 205) are satisfactory.
Adequate sanitizer is detected in the dishwasher and sanitizer bucket for wiping rags.
Manager and another staff are FoodSafe certified.
The newly constructed pizza making area is completed. Temperature of coolers are satisfactory. Handwashing station is working and stocked with soap and paper towel. Ensure that all food contact surfaces are cleaned before using the area.
