Routine inspection conducted:
"Store" file currently includes: Bakery, general store (produce/dairy), raw meat department

Bakery:
-Walk in cooler at 3 deg C. Pies had been cooling in walk in cooler and were at 18 deg C. Discussed with staff member who indicated that pies were made in morning (less than 4 hours prior to inspection) and had been cooled within the required cooling time (60 deg C to 20 deg C within 2 hours, 20 deg C to 4 deg C within 4 hours)
-General sanitation satisfactory

Raw meat Department
- Walk in cooler at 4 deg C
- 2 compartment sink present with quat sanitizer at 200 ppm Quats
- General sanitation good
- No staff present inside during inspection

General Store
- Produce, Dairy, and other walk in cooler all at 4 deg C or less
