o Hand wash stations are in washrooms are fully supplied with liquid soap and paper towels in dispensers
o Sanitizers available for bulk fill station.

o Sanitizer bottles - Operator said he uses premixed hydrogen peroxide solution in bottles, commercial.
o Storage of chemicals is separate and away from food
o Condition of equipment and surfaces - All areas appear to have improved in cleaning and organizing. Organization is the biggest improvement.
-Back bulk fill prep table - ensure light bulb is covered or has built in plastic cover (e.g. plastic LED bulb)
o Pest control - there are no signs of pests at the time of inspection. Back door is kept closed, thank you. Ensure this is closed for flies and rodents in the summer time as well.
