Follow-up to inspection report #KLIU-C7AV55 Dishwasher has been serviced. Now able to achieve adequate sanitizing temperature 72.2C. Recommend facility to purchase thermolabels to verify final rinse temperature at the start of shift before dishes are run through. Signature not obtained due to COVID protocols. Report reviewed with manager on site.
