3.Dust pan and brush stored on shelf above food (black pepper)
Corrective Action(s): 1. store the scoop in a clean container
2. move chemicals to storage below food items.
3.move dust pan to another location away from food

General Comments:
-hand washing sink provided with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot and cold running water
-temperatures:
Walk-in cooler at 4C
Freezer -17C
-general sanitation was satisfactory
-person in charge at the time (operator's dad) mentioned that the light bulbs already have shatter proof sleeves as required by last inspection.
-no evidence of pests at time of inspection, pest control contract in place for services every 3 months
-bleach available on site (to mix sanitizer for counters mix 2mL of bleach per L of water to make 100ppm chlorine solution)
