- All handsinks are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- All coolers are measured at less than 4C
- Thermometers are available in all coolers
- Freezers are measured at less than -18C
- High temperature dishwasher is measured at 74C during final rinse at the dish surface
- Sanitizer solution is available in buckets with 200ppm quats concentration
- No evidence of pest activity is noted
- General sanitation is satisfactory

- COVID 19 safety plan is available. Facility is opening for dine in June 3, 2020.
- Physical distancing measures are in place. Facility has reduced seating to less than 50% with 2m of physical distance between tables
- Accelerated hydrogen peroxide is used for disinfection of high touch surfaces (non food contact)
- All cutlery and condiments will be dispensed by staff as required
