Inspection done for just deli area-
-Temp of all coolers and freezers are satisfactory >4oC and >-18 oC respectively.
-Hot holding units >60 oC
-General sanitation is ok

** Cleaning and sanitizing of sushi Machine every 2 hrs - done

** Please send a copy of revised FSP ( including Kimbab) to the attention of the area inspector

-Any food prepared by kitchen and sell in store - expiry date normally 2 days
-Cleaning and sanitizing for sushi machine every 2 hrs if it is in use continuously during day
