- Did not find potentially hazardous foods sitting out of the cooler - Equipment and containers appear to be kept in a sanitary manner - Wiping rags are kept in chlorine sanitizer between wiping counters/cutting boards - Cardboard and plastic coating has been removed from floor and shelving units - Personal items no longer stored in the kitchen. - Hand sinks were well stocked - Deep cleaning has been done, keep up on a regular basis. - All other items have been corrected.
